It seems tha life is full of ups and downs and so much other stuff I haven't had the time or the energy to do much lately. I haven't done any thing that I would post here anyway. I have been doing statue repairs for my work place. We import plaster statues from Peru and those poor figures often arrive sans fingers or in the case of a beautiful Sacred Heart image, headless. I have learned a lot about plaster casting and paint matching lately. I hope to have some pictures of the nativity I am sculpting. It's slow going right now. I wanted to clothe the figures with tissue weight mulberry paper. Low and behold this is impossible to find locally. Bugger. I will be using cotton quilting material instead, we'll have to see.....
